The Chicago Journalists Association has begun a new chapter and is looking for talented, hardworking and dedicated college students and recent graduates with a passion for journalism to join its Associate Board of Directors.
For the past 77 years, the Chicago Journalists Association has provided a place for current and veteran journalists of all types of media to gather, share their common experiences and recognize journalistic excellence.
With 200 members of award-winning magazine editors, reporters, communication specialists, among others, our goal is to maintain the tradition of passing along exceptional journalism to the next generation of Chicagoland.
As an associate director, you will have the chance to network with other Chicago journalists, gain news judgment skills by updating our various social media platforms, contribute articles for our website, help plan additional journalism events and more.
