We lost a dear CJA member earlier this year, the trailblazing foreign correspondent, Georgie Anne Geyer. To honor her legacy, a special memorial reception and tribute will take place at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2 at Dominican University, during the school’s fourth annual Georgie Anne Geyer Initiative lecture.
CJA is thrilled to be able to offer FREE transportation, a light dinner reception and reserved theater seats for all CJA members, through the generosity of one of our fellow CJA members. This will be an amazing evening of camaraderie, as we celebrate a CJA trailblazer.

Transportation details: CJA members will be transported to and from Dominican University in River Forest via a complimentary coach bus service. The bus will depart from the Union League Club (65 W. Jackson Blvd.) at 4 p.m. and return at 9 p.m. Seating is limited and reserved for the first 50 members to RSVP.
